Reader,

Lately, I’ve been sitting with a big question:

What does it mean to be human in the age of AI?

I asked this on Instagram recently, and the responses poured in.

People shared their fears—AI replacing jobs, emotional disconnection, the overwhelm of a world that feels like it’s moving too fast to keep up.

But underneath it all, I heard something deeper:

- A longing to stay grounded.
- To feel.
- To not lose ourselves.

That longing?

It’s deeply human.

In a group conversation I hosted, we explored this question together—and what came up was powerful.

We realized that being human isn’t about out-thinking machines.

It’s about staying connected to the parts of us that can’t be replicated by code:

- Feel and think as a result of an embodied experience—we don’t just process information; we live it, breathe it, and carry it in our tissues.
- Alchemize pain and emotion into meaningful creation—art, relationships, ideas, even businesses born from the soul, not code.
- Heal through presence and relational resonance—not just hearing words, but feeling the energy behind them, being transformed by real connection.
- Discern, evolve, and choose with intention—we are not just reacting, we’re becoming.

This is the kind of humanity I want to protect, nurture, and amplify —especially now.

This is where microdosing comes in—not as a shortcut or a fix, but as a tool to return to ourselves to slow down, feel more, and remember what it’s like to just be.
When used intentionally, it can help us slow down.
Feel more.
Reflect.
Soften.
And reconnect—to our bodies, our emotions, our intuition, and each other.

Alongside practices like breathwork and journaling, it’s not about escaping the world—it’s about becoming more awake to it.

More human within it.

AI may be evolving fast.

But so can we—if we stay rooted in what makes us who we are.

So I’ll leave you with the question that started all of this:
What does it mean to you to be human right now?
And what tools help you stay in touch with that?
Send me your answer, I'd love to hear from you! Just reply to this email.
