This diagram showcases the elements that create the larger patterns governing our seemingly unrelated choices, from where to work, how to parent, who we chose to be with, self-care, marketing strategy, or even where we live (it's crazy I know).

What I've noticed time and time again in the coaching healing and therapeutic space is that we often try to solve problems like burnout, career pivots, relationships conflict, etc. through a single lens (be it time‑management hacks, mindset mantras, or another retreat), without looking at the deeper currents that drive our decisions.

Those “quick fixes” only scratch the surface, and leave us back where we started.

This diagram offers a different approach: your current identity, what you believe about yourself and the world, is rooted in and continually shaped by five interlocking influences.

Only by exploring each area in depth can you see the true blueprint behind your choices, break old patterns, and create new ones that actually stick.

  1. Past conditioning & beliefs
  2. Values
  3. Strengths
  4. Passions
  5. Needs

At the center sits your nervous‑system state, the real-time signal of how aligned (or misaligned) you are.

When one circle pulls you out of rhythm, i.e. a core value is being violated or your body’s biochemical needs are ignored, the nervous system lights up with overwhelm or shutdown.

Only by seeing all five together can you:

  • Pinpoint the true drivers behind our choices
  • Make choices that honor your whole self
  • Build a life, and a career that feels nourishing, not depleting
