Microdosing Digest

Practical & alternative tools & education to guide you to your truth and essence.

The alarm blares.
You snooze once.
Then twice.
You’re already behind, and you haven’t even opened your eyes yet.

You drag yourself through your morning routine—half-awake but fully booked.
Bathroom. Brush teeth. Throw on some clothes.

Make lunch for the kids while eating a rushed breakfast.
Phone pings.
You check it.
Another work emergency. Of course.

You rush out the door, coffee still brewing, knowing today was already going to be full.

At the office, you put out the first fire of the day like the quiet superhero you’ve trained yourself to be.

Then finally… you sit. The coffee’s cold. You drink it anyway.

Ping.
Your friends text—“Let’s meet up tonight, it’s been too long.”
You’re exhausted. But you miss them.
So you say yes.

You scroll while sipping your coffee.
Your high school friend had a baby.
Your coworker just posted travel pics from Vietnam.
You wish you were there too, just for a second, before—

Ring.
A collaborator wants to reschedule.
Now your entire day is off. Meetings double up.
You figure it out. You always do.

Because you’ve become the office firefighter.
It wasn’t in the job description—but you wear that badge now.
You’re always available.
Always managing.
Always behind.

5 o’clock comes. You’d planned on going to the gym.
But the tension in your body has shifted from something you can move to something that just... sits there.
Heavy.

So you skip it.
You scroll instead.
You say, “Tomorrow I’ll be better with my time.”

But here’s the thing:
You’re not broken.
You’re just living in a world that’s hijacked your attention.

You don’t own your day—your notifications do.
Your calendar does.
Your sense of responsibility does.

And I get it.
You think if you slow down, it’ll all come crashing down.
That the people you hold up will fall.
That things will slip through the cracks.
That you’ll fall behind.

But that’s the lie.

Because slowing down doesn’t make you weaker.
It makes you more precise.
More present.
More powerful.

When you reclaim your attention, you stop reacting to everything—and start responding to what matters.

When you give yourself 5 minutes of real presence…

the rest of your day starts to reorganize itself around you.

You don't have to take my word for it, you can try and see it for yourself 👇
